I requested an electrician who could replace/repair my celiing fan - that was 23ft above the floor in the loft. Several had refused to consider it, one saying, 'it wasn't worth his time'.
To say I was amazed at the service and work that James and his team did is an understatement. His first response was, 'I'd like to take a look and see if we can'. He came, he spent an hour confirming what could be done, and then delved in and found it could be repaired, not replaced - my preference. An hour, at no cost because 'it was an estimate'.
He provided an excellent quote, came back with 3 others and completed the fan repair, replacing 4 ceiling lights and relocating a kiln plug across the room. All done within 3 hours, well within budget and they cleaned up, too.
